What can I make with credits?
480p costs 10 credits per second; 720p costs 25 credits per second; 1080p costs 60 credits per second. Fractional seconds round up to the next whole second. Review the total before starting. Packs share the same features, and credits combine with your existing balance.
Is the Single pack enough for a video?
Single includes 150 credits: enough for a 15-second 480p video or a 6-second 720p video at the published rates. A 15-second 720p video needs 375 credits. A 15-second 1080p video needs 900 credits. Any remaining credits stay in your account.
Do my credits expire?
One-time pack credits never expire. Your balance stays with your account until you use it. Completed video files are stored for 14 days after delivery, so download your MP4 before then. The file storage period does not affect your credit balance.
How do monthly plans work?
Monthly subscriptions are coming soon and cannot be purchased yet. The displayed prices are planned monthly charges in USD. Planned credits renew each monthly billing cycle; unused monthly credits do not roll over. One-time packs do not automatically renew.
What if a generation fails?
Credits are reserved when you start and spent when your completed video is ready. A confirmed generation failure releases the reserved credits. If the result is uncertain, we review the existing task first. Retrying a failed soundtrack mix does not cost extra credits.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support with your purchase ID for a refund review. A completed cash refund reverses the associated credits. Used or reserved credits, partial refunds and payment disputes may need individual review. See our Refund policy for details. Read the Refund policy
