This policy describes the data used to create and deliver your video.
What we collect
We process your uploaded photos, character and background selections, music prompts, account email, video tasks, orders, payment references, and authentication records. Necessary cookies remember this device and your sign-in session. We do not install advertising or optional analytics cookies in this version.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies support sign-in, guest order access and secure sign-in redirects. Session storage holds private order access links, temporary studio drafts, checkout retry details and a return path to your video after buying credits. Local storage remembers your Cookie notice confirmation, including its time and version, for 180 days. You can review these uses and reset the notice confirmation from Cookie settings in the footer. Clearing this confirmation does not sign you out or remove your orders.
Traffic statistics
When enabled, we count public page entry loads by UTC date, source platform or campaign, and landing page. We retain these aggregated statistics for 90 UTC dates. We do not save full URLs, original IP addresses, account associations or visitor identifiers for this feature. No analytics cookies or browser storage are used. To limit abuse, we temporarily store hourly keyed hashes derived from the connection IP, with rate-limit records expiring within two hours and removed by scheduled cleanup. These hashes are not linked to the traffic aggregates.
How your photos are processed
Photos are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Temporary authorized links are shared with Kie to create scene previews using GPT Image 2, dance videos using Seedance 2.5, and original music using Suno when selected. Results are copied into private storage for delivery. Kie processes inputs and results under its own service terms and retention policies.
Payments and email
Checkout is handled by the payment provider identified at checkout, Stripe or Waffo Pancake. We store payment references and status, not full card details. Your email address is used by our configured email provider, Resend or Cloudflare Email, to send sign-in and order messages.
Retention and access
Delivered photos and videos are scheduled for deletion 14 days after delivery. Template uploads are stored for up to 14 days. Legacy unused uploads are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Files associated with unresolved generation jobs may be retained until the issue is resolved. Order and payment records are retained separately for support and accounting. Private delivery links grant access to your video details, so share them carefully. Signed-in template videos are associated with your account and available on other devices. Account and credit history are retained separately from expiring media.

You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained. See the Contact page for the operator’s support details.
